June 12th - Soundings – This workshop explores breath, movement and sound while touching on the art of listening and communicating. Enter into the world of energy where physical muscle work is connected to ease while using vocal sounding. Work with sound as a tool for healing and exploration. No singing is required and movements are kept simple, activating a similar feeling to that of yoga postures. Simplicity allows you to repeat moves while staying connected to sound.
